Infolink

Infolink is an innovative outreach service, which is part of the Cranbourne Communities for Children program facilitated by Windermere Child & Family Services and funded by the federal government’s Stronger Families and Communities Strategy.

Infolink employs two workers, Ann and Flora, who provide outreach services to the Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre, the Cranbourne Centrelink office, Bunnings, Monash Health, and a number of schools, day care centres, and other service providers.

The aim of this program is to ensure Cranbourne families are better informed about family and children’s services, and to increase partnerships between agencies that provide services to families.

Ann and Flora also facilitate a monthly support group for parents who have children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Eligibility

This program is funded to deliver its services to families with children under the age of 12, who live in the Cranbourne area.
